FLAMETREE YOGA BEGINNER (& OPEN CLASS) CLASS TIMETABLE.

  1. The booking for IN-STUDIO & ONLINE classes are separate. 
  2. if you don't see your ONLINE class, then please check to see if it is our other Room for online classes. 
  3. This Page you're looking at now is for Online Room 2.

The directions below are just more background if you need it... otherwise scroll down to book your class.

The timetable below is for Flametree's BEGINNER classes, and ONLINE Open Level Classes.
All beginner classes are both Online everywhere, and In our Studio (Offline) in Darwin, Australia, except as shown in timetable.

If you want Flametree's main NON-BEGINNER timetable and to reserve the Introduction to Breath Meditation class and Open Level class bookings, please go to flametreeroom1.punchpass.com/

If you are reserving Open Level Classes, you can also scroll down for more information in the OPEN LEVEL CLASS RESERVATIONS section below.

Once you are logged in to your account, you can reserve a class.

Choose either the in-studio (offline) or online version of the class
When you reach the timetable, at each particular class time, choose carefully between the ONLINE and
OFFLINE version of the class.

 PLEASE BRING TWO TOWELS TO COVER EQUIPMENT IF COMING TO IN- STUDIO CLASSES AT BISHOP ST OR SMITH ST.

You’ll only get a link to join the ONLINE class if you choose the online version of any class!
Click on the class you want to go to, and then click “Reserve My Spot In Class!". You can reserve classes up to a week in advance

After you make a class reservation, you will receive and email  with confirmation of your class registration.
If you have reserved an Online class the email will have the link to join each Online Zoom class. The emails will come from "FF Room2". You will also get a reminder email with the link about 20 minutes before class. Just click the link to join the Online class. Initially, you'll be in the Zoom waiting room. Then the teacher will let you into the virtual class room.

If you are doing Offline classes at Flametree's studios, the teacher will use your reservation to check you off when you get to class. (Bookings for Offline classes are essential so we can maintain social distancing).

To use Zoom for each actual online class, you also need to open a free Zoom account at

You only need to open this Zoom account once.

For Online classes, the minimum you need are comfortable clothes & a non-slippery surface. There's more about yoga props here:

For classes at Flametree's studios, props are supplied. Please bring a towel.

OPEN LEVEL CLASS RESERVATIONS: 
Open Level classes are combined Beginner / Non-beginner classes. (They are also individually customised to suit each person on the class).
There are several Open Level Classes in Online Room 2 - Tuesday 10.15am Beginners, Wednesday 4.15pm Women Only, Wednesday 7pm Backcare Focus, Thursday 5.30pm Transition Class, Saturday 4pm Restorative, and Sunday 7.30am Introduction to Breath Meditation.

(Introduction to Breath Meditation is an Open Level class, but it is in Room 1.)

Non-beginners can book OFFLINE Open Level classes just like other non-beginner classes in Room 1.

ONLINE Open Level classes can only be reserved via the timetable below which is Room 2.

With your free Punchpass account, you should normally be able to make reservations in either of Room 1 or 2 (using the same login and password).

If you have been using Flametree's virtual Room One so far, you may need to make a new account for Room 2. (But first try using your normal punchpass login for Room 1).

If you have any difficulty, try opening a second Punchpass account a second email (but we normally find that is not necessary).

Once you have got to Room 2, go ahead and book classes in the usual way. 

In the class schedule below, Open Level classes are marked with Open Level in the class name. The class reservation emails will come from "FF Room 2".
